冯国语， 1940年生于河南省叶县，教授级高级工程师。云南省文史研究馆馆员，中国书法家协会会员，九州书画院名誉院长，中国炎黄名人书画院名誉院长。少小爱书法，60年笔耕不懈。1989年3月应邀在中国美术馆举办个人书法展，1990年9月第十一届亚运会时应邀在北京举办第二次个人书法展。作品《发展航天，振兴中华》载神舟二号飞船遨游太空。2006年被云南省委宣传部、省文化厅授予书法艺术成就奖。2009年建国六十周年时，被媒体评为云南省文化艺术体育事业六十位明星之一，授予最高奖民意奖。 Feng Guoyu Feng Guoyu was born in Ye county, Henan Province in 1940. He is a professor and senior engineer, an expert of the Yunnan Institute for Traditional Sinology, a member of Chinese Calligraphers Association, honorary president of Jiuzhou Painting and Calligraphy Academy as well as of Chinese Celebrities' Painting and Calligraphy Academy. Mr. Feng was fond of calligraphy when he was a child, then he has been devoting his energy to it for more than 60 years. He held his personal calligraphy exhibition in National Art Gallary in March, 1989, and the second personal exhibition in Beijing in September, 1990, during the 11th Asian Games. His works Develop Space Technology, Make China Powerful is roaming in the heavens in Spaceship ShenzhouⅡ. Mr. Feng was awarded Calligraphy Achievement Prize by Propaganda Department and Cultural Department of the provincial government in 2006. He was also rated as one of the 60 Stars in cultural, artistic and sports fields of Yunnan by the press, and won the Highest Public Opinion Award when it came to the 60th anniversary of the founding of PRC in 2009.
